Another Beliber is claiming Justin Bieber is the father of her child.
In the latest issue of Star magazine, a 25-year-old unnamed fan is making claims that the Biebs got her pregnant during a one night stand in February 2010. She claims to have given birth to Bieber’s daughter in October of 2010.
Back in 2011, another fan –Mariah Yeater– made similar claims via Star magazine. After Yeater’s accusation, Bieber stated he would take a paternity test to prove he had no connection to her child, but Yeater abruptly dropped the case.
The unnamed woman making the claims now alleges that she met Bieber, who was 16 at the time, in Miami, Fla., at a T.G.I. Friday’s restaurant. A source close to the woman told Star that the child bears a strong resemblance to the pop superstar.
“She just wanted to protect her baby. She wanted to keep her and her family away from any spotlight,” the source told the mag. “In my opinion, she does look a lot like Justin did at that same age.”
Though Bieber would have been younger than the anonymous fan during their alleged rendezvous, if they did indeed have sex, it would not be considered statutory rape in the state of Florida. Though the age of consent in the sunshine state is 18, there is an exemption that permits two people close enough in age to engage in consensual sexual activity even if they are under 18 years old. The woman would have had to been older than 24 at the time of their supposed one night stand for it to be considered statutory rape.
A rep for Bieber did not return FOX 411’s request for comment on the recent allegations.
Meanwhile, Bieber is currently being investigated by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s detectives for reckless driving after witnesses — including former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson — complained about the pop-star’s alleged freeway speeds in their gated community in north Los Angeles County.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department received two calls on Monday about the star’s driving and responded to the location. When they tried to talk to Bieber, however, they were turned away.
