Kris Humphries Hits Back At Former Assistant’s Lawsuit who is suing the basketball star for wrongful termination.
Tracy Paradise filed documents last month (Apr13) in Hennepin County, Minnesota claiming she was unjustly fired six months into her year-long contract.
Paradise is demanding the remainder of her $75,000 (£48,387) annual salary in addition to the return of several personal items she alleges the sport star’s mother, Debra Humphries, failed to hand back to her after her termination.
Now, in legal papers obtained by editors at Tmz.com, Humphries has refuted Paradise’s allegations, claiming she was never a contracted employee and should only be paid for hours clocked.
He also states he fired her as she refused to relocate to New York when he moved there for his job and insisted her personal items had not been returned to her due to his busy schedule.
