Jessie J is making her second album more family friendly by cutting out all swear words.
Jessie J has banned swear words from her new album.
The 25-year-old singer wants the follow up to her 2011 debut ‘Who You Are’ to be more family friendly, so decided to clean up her act.
Speaking during a Google + fan hangout, Jessie said: ”On my second album I’ve cut out the swearing. I had one swear word and I took it off.
”I want everyone to be able to hear it, families to not have to skip that song in the car.”
The decision is a marked change from her first album, which included the track ‘Do It Like A Dude’, which repeatedly used the words ”mother*****r” and ”bitch”.
Jessie also admitted she wished she was more musically gifted and plans to brush up her piano skills, with hopes to play it live on stage one day.
She said: ”If I had to learn an instrument, it would be the piano because I love the piano. I have one in my house, I play it every Sunday.
According to our source, she said ”I can play a little bit to sing but I can’t play [properly]. I think it’s a beautiful instrument – the day I can go on stage and just start playing it’ll be lovely and delicious! If I had more time I would.”
Jessie also gave fans a sample from her upcoming single, ‘Wild’, featuring Big Sean and Dizzee Rascal, during the hangout
