Beyonce reportedly battled with H&M over photoshopped ad campaign pictures

Retailer H&M reportedly felt Beyonce’s wrath after the store nearly used photoshopped images of the diva for their 2013 swimwear campaign.

A source told The Sun, the 31-year-old mother “hit the roof” when she found out H&M planned to tone down her famous curves for the ads.

A rep for the store told the UK newspaper that though a battle took place, of course, Beyonce ended up being victorious. The rep said in the end, the unedited images were used for the ad campaing.

“As with all campaigns there are discussions on which images should be used. Both H&M and Beyonce are very happy with the final result.”

Mariah carey not returning to ‘American idol’

Mariah Carey says she isn’t retuning to “American Idol.”

The pop star’s publicity firm, PMK BNC, tweeted Thursday that Carey isn’t returning to the Fox series and is planning a world tour thanks to the success of her new single, “Beautiful.”

Carey became a new judge on “Idol” last year along with Keith Urban and Nicki Minaj. She and Minaj bickered on the show, creating a feud that was uncomfortable for both viewers and contestants.

Randy Jackson announced that he was also leaving the show.

Carey’s new single, a Top 20 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, features Miguel.

George michael discharged from the hospital

George Michael has left hospital nearly two weeks after suffering head injuries in a crash on the M1.

The 49-year-old singer was a passenger in a Range Rover that was involved in an accident at junction 6a in Hertfordshire on 16 May.

Michael, real name Georgios Panayiotou, was airlifted to a specialist trauma centre in London.

A statement on his website said he had been discharged and was continuing “to rest and recuperate”.

It added: “He is well and thanks everyone for all the messages of support.”

Receptionist Katherine Fox, 23, from Dunstable, said she tended to the injured singer as he lay on the road covered in blood.

“He had a deep cut above his left eyebrow which was really bleeding down his face into his teeth,” she said, speaking last Wednesday.

“Even if I had known who it was, I probably wouldn’t have recognised him.”

Car drama

The East of England Ambulance Service said Michael was fully conscious throughout his treatment on the motorway, near St Albans.

A Hertfordshire Police spokeswoman said officers were unaware of any damage to the Range Rover and confirmed no other vehicles were involved.

The accident was the latest vehicle-related drama for the pop superstar, who said he nearly died after contracting pneumonia in Vienna 18 months ago.

In September 2010, Michael received an eight-week prison sentence after he crashed his Range Rover into a shop in north London the previous July.

He also got a five-year driving ban after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of drugs and possessing cannabis.

In 2006 the former Wham! star was banned from driving for two years and sentenced to 100 hours of community service after being convicted of driving while unfit through drugs. The singer had been found collapsed in his Mercedes.

Hugh Jackman on a new diet for upcoming movie role.

The star is only allowed to eat between certain hours of the day as he gears up for filming scenes as superhero Wolverine in X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Jackman reveals he must consume 5,000 calories a day to bulk up, but he has to stuff them all in between 10am and 6pm.

He tells Entertainment Weekly, “I’m quite a skinny person by nature so I’m eating ridiculous amounts of food…

“What I do is I eat everything in an 8-hour period… It’s called the 16-8 diet. For 16 hours of the day I fast, so I don’t eat. So between 10 in the morning and 6 at night – this is why I’m burping because I ate a steak literally before I came out – I eat 5,000calories and then I eat nothing. I literally talk to myself like I’m training: ‘One more mouthful, come on man, you can do it. Just one more mouthful. Half a chicken breast to go and you’ve got it! Only two meals left.'”

Jackman previously shed weight for his role in Les Miserables by restricting himself to a liquid-only diet.

Maxim Hot 100 list 2013

Here is the list of maxim hot 100 for 2013

Will smith: My family isn’t like the kardashians

Will Smith may not be a “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” fan. In a joint interview, Will’s son Jaden Smith, 14, was asked about his rumored romance with Kylie Jenner – but before Jaden could answer — Will interrupted and spoke about the famous family.

Jaden tried to respond by saying, “I’m trying to understand,” but his father cut him off. “Don’t,” Will instructed Jaden. “You know, he’s never had to, to deal with those kinds of questions.”

“Well, forget the Kardashians,” the interviewer said. “Maybe you could just…”

“So how do you think your life is similar or un-similar to people’s names in Calabasas?” Will responded in a mimicking tone. He then added: “For our family, the entire structure of our life, our home, our business relationships—the entire purpose is for everyone to be able to create in a way that makes them happy. Fame is almost an inconsequential by-product of what we’re really trying to accomplish. We are trying to put great things into the world, we’re trying to have fun, and we’re trying to become the greatest versions of ourselves in the process of doing things we love. So the idea of fame or exploitation or orchestrating the media is sometimes even less than desirable for us.”

Not a lot of things make Will mad, but apparently being compared to the Kardashians just might.

Wade Robson not asking for much money in sex abuse claims against Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was acquitted of all 14 child molestation charges in 2005, but now – eight years later – one of his key defenders is claiming that he was sexually abused by the King of Pop.

In April, Wade Robson, a 30-year-old Australian-born dancer and choreographer, came forward with claims that Jackson abused him for years as a child, labeling the music mogul – who died in 2009 –a “pedophile and a child sexual abuser.” Although Robson, a former MJ dancer in the ‘90s, previously testified on Jackson’s behalf, he has since asked a court to allow him to file a claim against the Jackson estate – alleging that Jackson’s companies MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures failed in their duty to protect him when they hired him from Australia to work with the star.

“This is not a case of repressed memory. I have never forgotten one moment of what Michael did to me, but I was psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse,” Robson recently told Matt Lauer on the “Today” show, adding that “manipulation and brainwashing” forced him to not reveal the truth. “He performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him… Because I’ve lived in silence and denial 22 years, I can’t spend another moment in that.”

However, the timing of Robson’s explosive claims – which come as the Jackson family is embroiled in a $40 billion wrongful death lawsuit against concert promoters AEG – has many raising eyebrows.

“Given that Jackson’s estate could now recover tens of millions in the suit against AEG, it is far too convenient and cynical to [now] make a monetary claim against the same estate,” California Criminal Defense Attorney David Wohl, told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column.

And Robson’s bombshell accusations have drawn mixed reactions from Jackson fans and foes.

Jermaine Jackson said the dancer was “full of s**t,” while a fan of MJ added via Twitter that “[Robson] said all that for attention and money.” Another weighed in: “Let MJ rest in peace. I don’t trust you/nor believe you.” And scores of others called Robson an “opportunist” and a “brainless fool.”

Acclaimed attorney Howard Weitzman, a lawyer for the famous family also issued a statement calling Mr. Robson’s “transparent lawsuit” both “outrageous and sad.”

“Mr. Robson has adamantly denied under oath and in numerous interviews over the past 20 years that Michael Jackson ever did anything inappropriate to him,” Weitzman stated. “He now wants us to believe that he committed perjury at least twice and has been lying to anyone and everyone about Mr. Jackson since the early ‘90s so he can file a claim for money.”

However, a source closely connected to the Jackson family told us that the dancer is not asking for much money at all, just reimbursement for his therapy sessions– likely totaling no more than $15,000.

Another insider also noted that, while the documents are sealed, Robson has not asked for any specific monetary damages.

“Rather, he would leave it to the court to decide what he deserves,” said the source. “This isn’t about the money for him. It’s about speaking the truth.”

And at least a few others have advocated their support.

“We live in a world where the victim is hated & the perpetrator is praised,” one Twitter user suggested. Another wrote: “I believe Wade Robson. Michael Jackson, talented and extraordinary, was a pedophile. And people must own it.”

And according to Los Angeles-based therapist Dr. Nancy Irwin, it can be extremely difficult for grown men to understand that they were sexually abused.

“It is quite easy to psychologically manipulate a child… Especially when you are a huge celebrity, particularly if the offenses are non-violent and the child is fond of the offender outside of the abuse,” she explained. “In this particular case, we may never know the truth because MJ is gone. If it is true, [Robson] has every right to at least receive victim restitution.”

A source close to the Jackson family also told us there is potential truth in his allegations.

“When [Robson] and his mother testified for MJ during the molestation trial, I immediately thought ‘wow, this guy was molested’ even though he denied it. His testimony was pretty startling and what was more startling was his mother’s testimony,” said the insider. “She said that when Michael was returning to the U.S. during the 1993 Jordan Chandler investigation, MJ called her at about 1:30 a.m. and demanded she bring Wade to Neverland because he wanted to spend the night with him… That testimony really stuck with me,” continued the insider. “I believe [Robson], but [the timing] has given people ammunition to say he is lying and only after money because he filed the claim.”

On that note, a Neverland housekeeper who previously testified in graphic detail that she saw a 7 or 8-year-old Wade Robson naked in the shower with the world-famous entertainer is, according to TMZ, slated to play a prominent role in whether Robson receives any monetary compensation from the estate in his new civil suit.

Robson has had a successful career as a dancer and choreographer, directing videos for the likes of Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, and starring on television shows including “So You Think You Can Dance.”

An attorney for Robson declined to comment, and a legal representative for the Jackson family did not respond to a request for further comment.

Another Justin Bieber fan claims the singer is the father of her child

Another Beliber is claiming Justin Bieber is the father of her child.

In the latest issue of Star magazine, a 25-year-old unnamed fan is making claims that the Biebs got her pregnant during a one night stand in February 2010. She claims to have given birth to Bieber’s daughter in October of 2010.

Back in 2011, another fan –Mariah Yeater– made similar claims via Star magazine. After Yeater’s accusation, Bieber stated he would take a paternity test to prove he had no connection to her child, but Yeater abruptly dropped the case.

The unnamed woman making the claims now alleges that she met Bieber, who was 16 at the time, in Miami, Fla., at a T.G.I. Friday’s restaurant. A source close to the woman told Star that the child bears a strong resemblance to the pop superstar.

“She just wanted to protect her baby. She wanted to keep her and her family away from any spotlight,” the source told the mag. “In my opinion, she does look a lot like Justin did at that same age.”

Though Bieber would have been younger than the anonymous fan during their alleged rendezvous, if they did indeed have sex, it would not be considered statutory rape in the state of Florida. Though the age of consent in the sunshine state is 18, there is an exemption that permits two people close enough in age to engage in consensual sexual activity even if they are under 18  years old. The woman would have had to been older than 24 at the time of their supposed one night stand for it to be considered statutory rape.

A rep for Bieber did not return FOX 411’s request for comment on the recent allegations.

Meanwhile, Bieber is currently being investigated by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s detectives for reckless driving after witnesses — including former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson — complained about the pop-star’s alleged freeway speeds in their gated community in north Los Angeles County.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department received two calls on Monday about the star’s driving and responded to the location. When they tried to talk to Bieber, however, they were  turned away.

Angelina Jolie expected to make first public appearance since double mastectomy announcement

Brad Pitt’s much anticipated zombie flick “World War Z” is set to premiere this weekend and word is that his leading lady, Angelina Jolie, will make her first public appearance since she revealed she had a double mastectomy at the film’s screening.

Jolie is set to be by Pitt’s side at the London premiere of the film,

The actress shocked many when she penned an op-ed in the New York Times to announce she had a preventative double mastectomy after she learned she had the BRCA1 gene, which gave her a strong chance of getting breast cancer.

The 37-year-old Jolie said in her op-ed that her doctors estimated that she had a 50 percent risk of getting ovarian cancer but an 87 percent risk of breast cancer so she had her breasts removed first, reducing her likelihood to a mere 5 percent.

She is reportedly planning to have her ovaries removed at a later date.

She described the three-step surgical process in detail in the op-ed “because I hope that other women can benefit from my experience.”

Less than two weeks after Angelina Jolie revealed she’d had a double mastectomy to avoid breast cancer, her aunt died from the disease Sunday.

Debbie Martin was the younger sister of Jolie’s mother, Marcheline Bertrand, whose own death from ovarian cancer in 2007 inspired Jolie’s surgery.
